What is alliteration?

The repetition of usually initial consonant sounds in two or more neighboring words or syllables

 Alliteration is typically used in poetry to make it flow better and sound better when read. Since Shakespeare wrote poetry as well, his poetic styles influenced his writings to flow and have rhythm. But using alliteration in these lines allowed for the actors who preformed this play sound better and be able to speak them with a pattern rather than no shape to there lines.
